Natural Rose Quartz Gua Sha
Reshaping, draining, lifting effect massager
Gua means "to rub" and Sha means "heat", Gua
Sha is an ancient practice of traditional Chinese medicine that uses the
benefits of stones to perform a beneficial massage on the body. The Gua Sha
Teaology is made from 100% high quality natural rose quartz, the stone
connected to the heart and a symbol of universal love: for oneself and for
others. Regular use of this beauty tool promotes cell renewal, increases
collagen production and firms the muscles of the face and body. Your skin will
look brighter, firmer and more even from the very first applications.
Gua Sha massage is like gymnastics that ensures visible and lasting results:
- stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage
- lifts, sculpts and reshapes
- improves skin tone and elasticity
- relieves muscular tension
- promotes the absorption of cosmetic treatments
Can be used all over the body, even over clothes, and of course for face and body massage, to pamper yourself and eliminate stress.
Apply the desired face or body treatment to previously cleansed skin and massage the stone onto the affected areas: face, neck, legs, thighs, buttocks, knees, abdomen, arms, always using light pressure and a 45° angle for a smoother, more gentle movement.
CHIN: Press the concave part of the Gua Sha against the centre of the chin and, using a wide movement, move it along the jaw. For a gentler massage, use the flat side.
CHEEK: Press the flat side of the beauty tool against the right side of the nose. Slowly slide the Gua Sha towards the right cheekbone. Repeat this movement 3 times for each side of the face.
FOREHEAD: Slide the flat part of the Gua Sha over the brow bone working towards the hairline.
NECK: Starting just below the chin, gently slide the flat part of the Gua Sha from top to bottom until it reaches the base of the neck, repeating the movement on both sides.
EYE CONTOUR: To reduce swelling around the eyes, gently slide the flat side of the Gua Sha under the eye outwards.
ARMS: Starting from the shoulder, slide the flat side of the Gua Sha from top to bottom.
ABDOMEN: Using the Gua Sha, make repeated circular movements in a clockwise direction.
GLUTEUS: Place the Gua Sha on the upper part of the buttocks and slide it from top to bottom.
