Blue tea, also called Oolong, is grown primarily in the Fujian region of China and its name means "black dragon" due to the distinctive shape of its large leaves, which, when rolled and dried, resemble small dragons. It is a valuable source of minerals and antioxidants derived from the polyphenols it contains, which fight free radicals.
