Certification Note

The “B Corporation Certification” is a trademark that is licensed by B Lab, a private entity
non-profit, to companies that, like ours, have successfully passed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements requested by B Lab in terms of social and environmental performance, responsibility and transparency.

Please note that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 765/2008 or a national, European, or international standards body pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012. BIA criteria are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO standards or other standards bodies and are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
