Loyalty program

Teaology Loyalty Program

The loyalty program is a points-collection scheme run by Teaology Skincare (CGS SB S.r.l., with registered office at Via B. Zucchi 29 – 20900 Monza), as owner of the e-commerce site, designed to reward customers for their interaction with the site. Points can be earned by carrying out certain activities and subsequently converted into benefits or rewards.

Participation in the program is free and is automatically activated when an account is created on the site. All natural persons who complete registration are eligible to join.

How to earn points

Users can earn points through various activities, including:

  • Account creation: 25 points credited upon registration;
  • Purchases on the site: 1 point for every €1 spent;
  • Referring new users (referral);
  • Other promotional activities that may be indicated on the site.

Points relating to purchases will initially be assigned as “pending” and will be approved after a period of 7 days, required for any checks or returns.

Teaology Skincare (CGS SB S.r.l.) reserves the right to change the way points are earned at any time.

Value of points and vouchers

Accumulated points can be converted into discount vouchers according to the following thresholds:

  • 100 points = €10 voucher;
  • 200 points = €25 voucher.

Teaology Skincare (CGS SB S.r.l.) reserves the right to change the conversion rates.

Point status and redemption

Points may have the following statuses:

  • Approved: confirmed points, immediately usable;
  • Pending: points under verification and not yet usable;
  • Cancelled: points removed following cancellations, returns or invalid activities.

Points can be redeemed by accessing the dedicated section of your account. Redemption is only possible once the minimum threshold set for each reward is reached.

Limitations

There is no maximum limit on the number of points that can be accumulated, unless otherwise communicated by Teaology Skincare (CGS SB S.r.l.).

Changes and cancellations

In the event that an order is cancelled or a product is returned:

  • The points associated with the purchase will be removed from the user’s balance;
  • In the case of referrals, points may be revoked if the invited user cancels or returns the order.

Verification and crediting of points

The crediting of points may not be immediate. In particular:

  • Points for purchases are approved after 7 days;
  • Other activities may require technical processing time.

Negative points balance

In the event that a transaction is cancelled after the points have been used, the user’s balance may become negative.

Changes to the program

Teaology Skincare (CGS SB S.r.l.) reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the loyalty program at any time, subject to prior notice to users.

Misuse

Any misuse of the program (including, by way of example, the creation of multiple accounts or fraudulent activity) will result in the suspension or closure of the account and the cancellation of accumulated points.
