GUA SHA BODY FIRMING PROTOCOL

Gua Sha body massage offers several benefits, helping to improve muscle well-being, circulation, and skin health.

THIGHS – FRONT AND BACK

Objective: To shape and smooth

Directions: From the knees towards the groin, with slow movements and light pressure

Gua Sha:

  1. Serrated side – 5–8 upward strokes
  2. Smooth side – 8–10 upward strokes (drainage)

GLUTEUS

Objective: to firm and stimulate microcirculation

Directions: slow movements, with light pressure

Gua Sha:

  1. Serrated side – lifting movements from bottom to top
  2. Smooth side – draining movements towards the hips

ABDOMEN

Goal: Tone and reduce swelling

Directions: Slow, gentle movements

Gua Sha:

  1. Smooth side – clockwise circular motions, moving upwards towards the armpits

HIPS / WAIST

Objective: to define and promote drainage

Indications: controlled movements, with light pressure

Gua Sha:

  1. Serrated side – 3–5 short activating movements
  2. Smooth side – elongated movements towards the armpits

Directions: upward movements, towards the armpits

Objective: to stimulate circulation and promote drainage

Directions: slow movements, from bottom to top

Gua Sha:

  1. Smooth side – upward movements
