FULL RULES OF THE PRIZE OPERATION

Announced by CGS srl., with registered office in Monza – via B. Zucchi 29 – VAT and Tax Code 07233860969, in accordance with the provisions of the following articles:

Art. 1 Name of the event

Special 2+1 -- buy 2 Teaology products and the third is included in the price*
*the cheapest product is free

Art. 2 Type of event

Prize operation pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26.10.2001.

Art. 3 Scope of the event

Throughout the country

Art. 4 Period of validity of the event

Valid from October 2, 2021 to October 17, 2021

Art. 5 Products on promotion

The promotion applies to all Teaology products available in COIN stores

Art. 6 Modalities / Mechanics of the event

At participating Coin stores Special 2+1 -- buy 2 Teaology products and the third is included in the price* *the cheapest product is free

Art. 7 Recipients

End consumers.

Art. 8 Type and value of the prize

When purchasing 3 products, the cheapest one is included in the price. The value varies depending on the receipt, and is estimated to be between €6 and €65 each.

Art. 9 Award Ceremony

The products - referred to in article 5 - will be delivered to the checkout at the time of purchase

Art. 10 Total value of prizes

It is assumed that the total value of the prizes amounts to 50 pieces for a total value between €300 and €3250 (VAT included).

Art. 11 Guarantee of prizes

Since the prize is delivered at the same time as the purchase, no guarantee is required to secure the prizes, as required by Article 7 of Presidential Decree 430/2001.

Art. 12 Advertising of the event

The event will be promoted through web campaigns on Facebook and Google. The complete rules can be requested free of charge directly from CGS srl. – Via B. Zucchi 29 – 20900 Monza.
