CHARACTERISTICS
Cultivated with respect for biodiversity and in high altitude plantations. It is harvested in spring and is a valuable functional tea characterised by a high amount of antioxidant catechins. This tea variety is cultivated in Kinihira, Rulindo District in Rwanda.

Kombucha is a fermented beverage derived from Black Tea leaves, a natural source of probiotics, antioxidants, polyphenols, and B vitamins.
