After shampooing, apply the conditioner, distributing it evenly along the entire length of the hair and also on the scalp. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.

For an intensive moisturizing treatment, apply before shampooing and leave on for at least 15 minutes, then proceed with shampooing.
