After shampooing, apply the mask evenly along the entire length of the hair and to the scalp, using your hands or a wide-toothed comb.

Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse.

For an intensive restructuring treatment, apply before shampooing and leave on for at least 20-30 minutes, then proceed with shampooing.
